Water is leaking from the reservoir. What do I do?

Tighten the cartridge to the reservoir as tight as you can to form a perfect seal. Make sure that the Aquagear filter is screwing on straight. If leaking persists, please contact our customer service department at questions@goaquagear.com for further assistance.
